300 years ago, the world underwent a massive change, and rifts with monsters started to open up and threaten humankind. Though humans acquired new powers, it wasn't enough to combat the monsters. Sheng Lu was given a second chance at life in this apocalyptic world with the odds stacked against him. Not only was he born weak, but he is also haunted by nightmares that seem almost too real. However, one day, while suffering from another nightmare, he unlocks an unexpected super ability. Will he be able to use this ability to save the world?
