Noah is an inhabitant of a walled off prison-like community known as the "Teego" and leads a life as normal as he possibly can make it. One night a newcomer by the name of Brian is brought in and this alone sets off a chain of events that sees Noah faced with making difficult decisions as well as a new outlook on his perception of the world.
