The rent is $180. The catch? Your roommate has been dead for seven years. Broke scholarship student Eli Navarro moves into the apartment nobody else would touch and meets Adrian Vale, a vain, razor-tongued novelist who died mid-sentence. Eli is the first person who can hear him. To set Adrian free, Eli has to finish typing his unfinished manuscript. But the pages describe Eli, and some were dated years before he ever moved in. Someone is writing the ending. They know Eli far too well.
