Set in Atlanta, Georgia in the late 1950s and early 1960s in an alternate world where humans and anthropomorphic animals coexist, five young delinquent men, two Cats, two Humans, and a Dog navigate growing up in the restrictive and traditional Jim Crow South, fight the oppressive system, and have a variety of adventures and misadventures.
