If the world only see's him as a villain, he might as well embrace it. Joey is a killer, and pretty damn good at it too, but he only goes after corrupted cops and all kinds of criminal scumbags, making sure that they can't hurt anyone else ever again. But he's not alone, with the (reluctant) help of a rookie named Andrew, they'll clean up their city, making it safe and help its citizens sleep easier at night.
