Katt J. Brown and Bob Lilyhopper are a duo of hardened police detectives native to the crime-ridden metropolis of Phylum City. Aided by indie journalist Harriet Schroeder, and her team at the Phylum Informant, the detectives use their problem-solving intelligence and survival skills in order to hunt down the city's highest-profile criminals. The only thing getting in between them and serving justice is the bureaucracy of the PCPD.
