One night, a mysterious object is seen racing across the sky of a city known as Neopolis. A chunk of this object falls off and crashes into the desert, and a man named Gibson is the first to come across it. To his shock, the artifact he finds in the impact crater is a small humanoid statue. This statue gives whoever possesses it immense powers, not only physically, but politically as well. Nearly three years have passed, and it's now up to a small group of friends to stop Gibson from taking over the world and destroy the mysterious statue.
