Carmen, desperate to escape his past, runs away from home with a plan to hopefully escape the country. But, with fate pulling at his gut, he joins Kayden's quest to become a part of the country's Hero Association instead. Carmen and Kayden experience firsthand the forces of good and evil in their world and are shown that even the smallest bit of faith can move mountains. But no matter how far you run from evil, it always comes crawling back, seeking revenge on those who turn against it.
