In a lonely Arctic town with fewer than 20 residents, a letter arrives introducing Bernie, the local postman, to a new resident living just outside the town. This resident chooses to stop hiding from the world. The postman and the snowman develop a growing friendship, exploring their surroundings and taking time to respond to letters addressed to Parson Brown, the snowman.
