Orkinator is an evil communist dictator ruling over an entire planet who dreams to spread the revolution over the entire galaxy. His first objective is crystal clear: destroy Celestia, iconic city of the Angel Solar System and embodiment of capitalism. Unfortunately for him, like every so called "Villain" his plans are always thwarted by the Hero, turning the dictator's career into a frustrating routine.
