Thousands of years ago, the Gods made a mistake. Humanity was given the Earth, but in an attempt to protect it, the Gods created beings known as Scorpian. What began as protection eventually became something far more dangerous. The Gods tried to contain what they had created. Their solution became the Void Stone—an ancient power capable of trapping souls. But even the Gods could not completely control or destroy it. Generations later, the world appears to have moved on.
