Archmage Beinn the indigo, master of evocation, oversees the clifflands neighboring the dwarven inhabited neighboring country. She's known as a level headed and practical mage who often spends time in the capital assisting with raising the next generation but rumors say she's on the look out for an apprentice, hoping to retire within the next decade soon so she can spend more time with her grandchildren. As the only dwarf on the council she is often delegated to negotiations with the dwarven nations of the east.

Beinn is has the record for longest consecutive seat on the mage's council. Having served for near 40 years straight as an archmage. Some say she is standoffish with the majority of the other archmages save for her longtime friend Archmage Lorcan, having attended his son's funeral as well as Lorcan attending all 9 of her children's weddings.
